Founded by president, Roger Leasure, NCTS was started in 2010 as a reliable subcontractor specializing in large commercial and industrial tile and stone installations. Leasure believed that the catalyst for success would be a driven, trustworthy and high-level experienced team who would work diligently on each project regardless of the size and scope. During the first several years of business, NCTS has grown to be a top-performing installer in Northern California and has expanded their services throughout Southern California. Their portfolio includes premier shopping malls, casinos, multi-family housing units, retail stores, hotels and hospitals. NCTS is licensed in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Washington, and will soon be expanding into Oregon. Building on recommendations from clients who are accustomed to the high-level of expertise NCTS has to offer, they have completed additional projects in South Carolina, the Bahamas, Guam and Italy.
NCTS lends its success to a dedicated staff of tile setters, estimators, project managers, administrators and management team. In 2014, NCTS set a goal to expand the company by training and mentoring employees on standards, stewardship, and excellence. In 2016, Leasure put into practice additional training and implemented Certified Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) programs for NCTS’s installers. CTEF certification is a validation of industry skills and knowledge. Training and testing are essential in promoting industry-recognized proof of each installers’ abilities. These programs effectively ensure that NCTS’s team is properly trained on quality workmanship while continually raising the bar on quality standards.
